The Pantry House, Northcote, VIC
Thermal Renovation + Reuse

This renovation prioritised retention, reuse, and thermal performance. Most of the original structure was kept, with selective upgrades to improve comfort.

Reclaimed elements were repurposed — including bed cradles turned into pantry drawers — and the detailing was guided by both practicality and sustainability. While TZO did not deliver the entire build, we were responsible for key interior features: new flooring, wall cladding, staircase, full-height internal pivot doors, and custom joinery throughout.
