This client wanted more than a comfortable home; they wanted to minimise impact. They were focused on building responsibly, reducing embodied carbon without compromising on comfort.

We worked closely with Gruen Eco Design to deliver a Certified Passive House that used recycled and low- impact materials throughout.

Structure, framing, and finishes were all selected to reduce embodied energy while supporting airtightness and thermal control. Quiet systems work in the background, regulating air, light, and comfort, with very little demand on the environment or the people living in it.
