Aintree Drive · Certified Passive House · New Build ·

From the start, the brief for Aintree was clear: deliver a high-performing home with minimal impact and maximum control. The clients were focused, informed, and committed, and we worked closely with them to align every detail with those values.

We built the home to full Passive House certification using a carefully considered suite of materials and methods. ECO Pact low-carbon concrete was used across the structure. Surefoot micro-pile footings replaced a traditional slab. The building envelope was framed in timber, filled with Earthwool insulation, and wrapped tight with an airtight membrane. Ventilation is managed by a Zehner HRV system, while recycled UPVC triple-glazed windows ensure thermal stability and low embodied carbon.

The design itself is calm and intentional, with laminated timber imitation, smart orientation, and reduced reliance on active systems. Every service, from energy modelling to structural engineering, was integrated under a single process, allowing us to control quality and cost from the ground up.

What it feels like to
live in:

Quiet, balanced, and low-maintenance. Internal temperatures stay consistent, the air feels clean, and the house runs with minimal input. This is performance you can feel and measure.
