All TZO homes are built to the same high-performance standard, whether or not they’re certified. But certification adds real value, particularly for resale.
Certified homes gain third-party verification of performance, access to green finance options, including reduced interest rates, and a clear market advantage through formal recognition. For many clients, the Passive House plaque beside the entrance is a lasting symbol of quality, credibility, and future-focused design.
