A passive house retrofit and extension to a 1940s red brick home. Adding a first floor and revamping the ground floor. Reaching an airtightness value of 0.51 @ 50Pa, our results exceed what is required for a new passive house (Requirement <0.6 @ 50pa). An outstanding achievement considering a passive house retrofit project.
