Our Process
Step 1 - Design Stage
I’m just starting out and don’t have any drawings.
Even if you have just an idea, we can help you turn this simple idea into reality. By engaging us right at the beginning, we can help guide you through the process. Let us know your budget, intended start date and quick description of your build to get started. For larger projects, we have a network of experienced architects who we work with that we can recommend to you to begin designing your build.
Preliminary works
You have the option of collaborating with us during the design phase. This ensures that the drawings itself and further documentation (e.g. structural engineering, quotes, building permit) would not require any changes in the future avoiding any nasty surprises. With our European knowledge and expertise, we can provide advice on the practicality and design with the architect and yourself to ensure your build is efficient while keep costs to a minimum. Working with the architect
If you choose to engage the architect directly, you may organise all necessary documents with the architect themselves. You will organise to have meetings with them to discuss your design and will be guided along this process. Once everything is organised, we can then begin the quotation process.
Step 2 - Quotation Stage
I’m in the preliminary process with you and would like quotation revisions
If you have entered in the preliminary process with us and would like high level quotation revisions based on design changes, contact us to discuss your requirements and how we can help you refine the costs.
I’ve already have all require documentation and am ready for tender
If you are already close to the final stages of the design process and have completed a soil report, engineering, and drawings, we can offer to tender for your project. We would charge a fee for quotation based on the size of the build. This would be credited to the cost of the project. For a standard 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home we would charge a quotation cost of $1,800 but this may vary.
Step 3 - Contract Signing
If you are happy with the design and quote provided, it is time to sign the contract. We will work with you to make necessary amendments to the contract to ensure you are happy to proceed.
Step 4 - Building Permit
Once the contract is signed either the architect or us can work on obtaining the building permit. When issued, we can start the exciting part and commence the build!
Step 5 - Construction
The most exciting part has commenced. We will work and guide you each step of the way as your project unfolds.
